Emily Harrison & Innovaid Advisory Services
Born and bred in Australia, Emily spent 10 years working in grassroots community development in remote communities across Australia before moving to India. She led teams of volunteers doing community development work in rural villages in Tamil Nadu before moving to Mumbai to start Innovaid, and currently advises a number of sports and Bollywood celebrities on the set up and management of their Foundations. |

| Bhushan Lokmitra Bhushan Lokmitra has joined the Innovaid team from a strong academic background, to take the position of Operations Manager for the Mewsic – A Brett Lee Foundation. Bhushan brings to the table 5 years experience in the development sector. He has held various leadership and managerial positions for NGOs, CSR Programs and Academic Institutions. Bhushan holds a Masters degree in Social Work from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences and holds several technical and professional certifications from the University of Mumbai. He is experienced in dealing with development issues, health and education programmes in India’s urban slums and rural areas. He has also been involved in all stages of program management, training, research, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation. Bhushan is extremely passionate about music and he is also an accomplished Graphic Designer in his spare time. He is highly motivated to give back and help the most marginalized communities in India to succeed. |
